14.11.2022 is tendered on record. Our attention has been
invited to Clause (8) of the power of attorney authorizing
to Mr. Avinash Kashinath Aney to receive amount.
4.In view of that Registry is directed to act for
disbursing the amount in terms of order dated 01.08.2023.
