01.This application is filed seeking restoration of writ petition, which
was dismissed in view of order dated 17.10.2022 for non-removal of office
objections. The learned Advocate submits that he would remove all office
objections within two weeks from today. There is also delay of 148 days
caused in filing this application.
02.For the reasons recorded in the application, the delay stands
condoned. The application is allowed. Writ Petition St. No.17794 of 2022
stands restored subject to condition that the objections are removed within
two weeks from today. If the objections are not removed, this order would
stand cancelled.
