1.Learned counsel for the appellant states that the evidence
of all the sides have been completed and the matter is now posted for
final arguments. However, this Court had granted the stay till the
final arguments. He would submit that the schedule fixed by the
learned District Judge for arguments of plaintiffs and defendants was
of the year 2021. Now it is 2023. Hence, it be modified.
2.Relying on the statement of learned counsel for the
appellant, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
3.The learned trial Court would be at liberty to fix the
dates for arguments of respective parties as per the routine practice.
