The present matters are placed before us in today's LokAdalat.

¶11

There is delay in filing present first appeal, which is prayed to be condoned. For the reasons stated in civil application and in view of the proposal of the applicant for withdrawal of appeal in view of policy of the State of Government, the civil application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Office is directed to register the first appeal.

The learned AGP on instructions and in the presence of officer, Mr. Shashikant Hadgal, Additional Collector, Jalna, states that the applicant wants to withdraw the first appeal in view of Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the subsequent corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018. It

is stated that the present appeal is covered by the above Government Resolutions and State does not want to prosecute further.

In view of the above submissions and statement of the applicant, first appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The office shall refund Court fees in accordance with law.

The learned AGP seeks time to deposit the amount with interest, if not deposited earlier in the first appeal. The amount of compensation with interest shall be deposited within a period of six months in the reference Court.

On depositing of amount, the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount.

¶20

The Civil Application for stay is disposed of.
