hand sets have been recovered. The applicant is young boy of 21 years.
Considering the allegations and facts the applicant deserves bail. Hence,
the following order :-
ORDER
(i) The Bail Application is allowed.
(ii)The applicant Jay Kanhaiyala Bhandarkar be released on bail on
executing P.B and S.B of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees fifty thousand) with
one solvent surety in the like amount in Crime No. 449/2022 of
registered at Karmad Police Station Dist. Aurangabad for the offence
punishable under Sections 395,341,323,504 of Indian penal Code on

the conditions that :-
(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.(b) The applicant shall not involve in similar crime, till conclusionof the trial. .
