the basis of the statement made on behalf of the learned APP that
the Trial is at an advanced stage and likely to be concluded within a
period of three months.
2. In that view of the matter, permission is granted. Bail application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
3. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to make endeavor to dispose off the Trial within a period of (4) four months.
4. The applicant shall be at liberty to move afresh for grant of bail, in case the trial prolonged beyond four months.
