1.This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 (“Arbitration Act”) seeking appointment of
a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between
the parties out of an agreement dated 13th March 2019.

2.The Advocates agree to the Court deciding the name of the
Arbitrator.

3.In view thereof, I nominate Advocate Mr. Mayank Bagla,
Sukhia Building, 2nd Floor, Cawasji, Patel Street, Fort, Mumbai
400001 (Contact No. 9967042878).

4. This Application is disposed of with the following Order :

i.Mr. Mayank Bagla, Advocate, is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

ii.The learned Arbitrator is requested to file his disclosure statement under Section 11(8) and Section 12(1) within four weeks with the Prothonotary and Senior Master and provide copies to the parties.

iii.Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on a date to be fixed by him at his earliest convenience. This preliminary meeting may be held via Video Conference.
