My attention is invited to the order dated 9th February 2023, in Criminal Application No.378 of 2022, passed by this Court relaxing the Condition No.19 of the order dated 26th September 2022 in respect of co-accusedDada Mahadev Randive. The applicant and co-accused were released on pre-arrest bail by same order dated 26th September 2022. The modifed condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 9th February 2023 in Criminal Application No.378 of 2022, the beneft thereof can be extended and accordingly stands extended to the present application as well.
