1.Learned counsel for the Applicants seeks permission to

withdraw this application at this stage, because his criminal
revision application is pending before the Court of Session, Greater
Mumbai, vide Criminal Revision Application No.1020 of 2023. He
submits that, liberty may be granted to approach this Court if the
revision application is decided against him.

2.Considering this request, the application is allowed to be
withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to approach this Court
challenging the order of the learned Magistrate which is the
subject matter of the revision application before the Session Court;

3.With this observation and liberty the application is
allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of.
