disinclination to grant relief in this Appeal, learned counsel for the
Appellant seeks permission to withdraw this Appeal with liberty to

withdraw this Appeal. The Appellants are at liberty to prefer
regular bail application after they are arrested or after they have
surrendered with advance notice to the complainant. If such bail
