withdraw the Appeal. He however makes a request for expediting the hearing of the Suit. The suit is of the year 2019. I am not aware about the exact pendency before the Court taking up the Suit of the AppellantPlaintiff. However, since the Suit is pending since the year 2019, I am sure, if the Appellant-Plaintiff requests the City Civil Court to expedite the its hearing, the request would be accommodated by the City Civil Court. With the above observations, the Appeal from Order is permitted to withdrawn and disposed of. All contentions raised in the Appeal are left open.
2 In view of disposal of the Appeal, nothing survives in the above Interim Applications and the same are also stand disposed of accordingly.
