the persons to whose account the amounts were transferred. Undoubtedly, the matter warrants investigation. However, prima facie the involvement of the applicant seems to be that of a person into whose account the amount came to be transferred. The allegations are such that only a person who had access to the system of the bank can indulge in alleged offences.
