Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned APP, on instructions, of the investigating ofcer submits that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation. By order dated 14^th February 2023, the interim protection was granted to the applicant. The applicant has reported.

Learned APP submits, on instructions, that the custody of the applicant is not required.

In this view of the matter, interim protection granted on 14^th February 2023 can be confrmed. Hence the following order.

(a) In the event of arrest in connection with First Information Report (FIR) No.1192/2022 registered with the Mohol Police Station, Solapur, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 3^rd March 2023, between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called.

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofcer and shall not tamper with evidence.

(d) The applicant shall furnish the details of his residential address and phone numbers to the investigating ofcer.
