Apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No.127 of 2022 registered with Koregaon Park police station, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’), the applicant is seeking relief of pre-arrest

bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’).

Learned APP on instructions of investigating agency states that the custodial interrogation is not required. He further states that investigation is completed and charge sheet has also filed.

Learned Advocate for the informant states that the informant is in possession of the property. Hence, following order:

a) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No.127 of 2022 registered with Koregaon Park police station, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 504 of IPC, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/-, along with one or two sureties in the like amount.

b) The applicant shall remain present before the Trial Court as and when directed by the Trial Court.

The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.

In view of disposal of the anticipatory bail application, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the interim application. Hence, the interim application is disposed of.
