1. Present petition was called out in the morning session. None
appeared for the petitioners and therefore it was kept for hearing in the
second session.
2. We had requested the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1
to 3 to give intimation to the Advocate on record for the petitioners
that, present petition will be called out in the second session for
admission. Advocate Mr. S.P. Salgar submitted that, he has accordingly
given intimation to junior of Advocate Mr. Suvidh Kulkarni.
3. Despite specific intimation, none appeared for respondent
No.2 in the second session also.

4. In view of the observation made by us in Order dated 9th February, 2022 about non maintainability of the petition, coupled with the fact that, none appeared for the petitioners despite repeated opportunities being granted, the petition is dismissed.
