2. It is accepted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that as on
date no liability has been fixed upon the Petitioner. If some
proceedings are initiated against the Petitioner and if some Orders are
passed detrimental to the interest of the Petitioner then it is for the
Petitioner to assail the same.
3. At present as no such Orders are passed or proceedings are undertaken, we are not entertaining the Writ Petition.
4. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. All contentions of the Petition
are kept open.
