attention to the purchase notice issued by the petitioners and submits that the purchase notice was issued in respect of the land bearing sub-plot Nos.40 to 45 and 49 to 54. However, in prayer clause (a) of the Petition, the sub-plot numbers are inadvertently

mentioned as “41 to 45” and consequently while granting the relief to the petitioners by this Court in the order also the same mistake had cropped up.

Perusal of the purchase notice indicates that the purchase notice was given in respect of the land bearing sub-plot Nos.40 to 45 and 49 to 54. We accordingly permit the petitioners to carry out the amendment in the prayer clause (a) of the petition forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

We clarify that in paragraph-14 of the order dated 24.2.2022, the relief is granted in respect of sub-plot Nos.40 to 45 and 49 to 54 instead of sub-plot Nos.41 to 45 and 49 to 54. The order dated 24.2.2022 stands corrected. Accordingly, the praecipe is disposed of.
