After hearing progressed to some length on the question of territorial jurisdiction of this Court to receive this writ petition wherein an order terminating the appointment of the petitioner is questioned (the order having been issued from New Delhi and served on the petitioner in Bangalore), and confronted with the situation that this Court is disinclined to entertain the same, Mr. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. He also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to move the appropriate High Court with the self-same challenge. 2. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
