1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered draft of
the Judge’s order along with documents such as
affidavit of the petitioner dated 12.09.2023, copy of
the grant issued on 19.06.2023, letter issued by the
MHADA on 04.08.2023 along with its translation,
copy of the release deed executed on 03.02.2023
having registered serial no. 1972/2023 with Sub-
Registrar Office, Kurla-3, consent affidavit of Rashmi,
Meena, Rajendra and Priyanka.

2. There are corrections in a draft which are suggested to be rectified particularly nature of transaction, distribution of the consideration among the legal heirs of the deceased, etc.

3. The petitioner to carry out all corrections as suggested and then submit the Judges Order, with proper pagination, marking of exhibits, etc. for having been initialed and further process.

4. Removed from the board.
