1]Counsel for non-applicant on instructions informs that amount of
Rs 10,000/- will be deposited in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division,
Pune in pending proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 448 of
2021 and on each date when Applicant-wife attends the said proceedings,
she will be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs 5000/- towards travel
and out of pocket expenses. He further assures that non applicant shall top-
up and always maintain balance of Rs 10,000/- till the hearing and final
disposal of the aforesaid Hindu Marriage Petition. Aforesaid statements are
accepted as an undertaking to this Court

2]In that view of the matter, no further orders are required on the
Application. Application as such stands disposed of. Needless to clarify that
Applicant will be entitled to withdraw the amount as stated hereinabove.
