4. The learned Addl. Govt. Advocate assures this Court that requisite Court fees shall be paid and all office objections shall be removed on/or before 29.7.2022.

5. In view of the assurance by the applicant to pay the requisite Court fees and remove office objections, the order dated 21.12.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is set aside and Stamp Number Main No.1681 of 2018(F) is restored to file.

6. Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
