1]Since the Counsel for non-applicant consents for bearing travel
expenses of Rs 2,000/- on each date when Applicant shall attend the
proceedings of which transfer is sought, in my opinion, prayer for
transfer need not be gone into.

2]Statement made by Counsel for non-applicant that non-applicant
shall be depositing an amount of Rs 5,000/- in the pending
proceedings within four weeks from today is accepted as an
undertaking.

3]On each date when Applicant attends the proceedings, she shall
be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs 2,500/- out of the aforesaid
amount and non-applicant shall continue to top-up the said amount
till final disposal of the proceedings by maintaining minimum balance
of Rs 5,000/-.
