query volunteers to deposit an amount of Rs 15,000/- in the Family
Court, Nashik in Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-499 of 2013 within a
period of four weeks from today.
2] Statement made on instructions is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.3]Let the aforesaid amount be deposited in the said proceedings
within four weeks as has been undertaken.
4]On each date when Applicant-wife physically attends the said
proceedings, she will be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs 7,000/-.
5] Further statement made by learned Counsel Mr. Gite on1/2

instructions that balance of Rs 15,000/- shall be maintained by
topping of the amount in Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-499 of 2013
till final disposal of the said Petition is also accepted as an undertaking
to this Court.
