Petition No.32 of 2019 (Poonam Sandeepkumar Saraf Vs. Jagdish
Bhagwandas Ahuja & Ors.) and batch of petitions, the present notices

to the applicants to make their respective claims before the learned
Official Assignee. All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open.
2.In the event in future, if need arises for the applicants to revive
the present proceedings, they are at liberty to do so.
