days in filing the Criminal Appeal challenging acquittal of the
respondent in Special Case POCSO No.67 of 2015 passed by the
Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur vide judgment and order dated
30th July 2019. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.2,3,4 and 5,
application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed.
Application is allowed. Delay of 94 days in filing the appeal is
condoned in the interest of justice. Application stands disposed of.
