1.The report of medical condition of the applicant is
tendered by learned APP. The opinion is that the applicant’s vitals
are stable and he is haemodynamically. The applicant’s
application also takes up some grounds on merits, but, for that
the main application i.e. Bail Application No.102/2022 is already
pending before this Court.

2.Therefore, there is no propriety in entertaining this
interim application which is also filed on the ground of medical
health condition of the applicant.
