After hearing progressed to some length, Mr. Khandeparkar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this PIL petition as well as the interim application. He also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to pursue their remedy concerning the

subject matter of dispute in a litigation to protect their private interests before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, the PIL petition as well as the interim application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions are left open.
