1This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 54
days in filing Criminal Application for Leave to Appeal challenging the
Judgment and Order dated 26/6/2019 passed by Learned Additional
Sessions Judge-6, Nashik in Sessions Case No. 19 of 2016. For the
reasons assigned in paragraph-3, 4 and 5, the delay of 54 days in
preferring criminal application for leave to appeal stands condoned. The
application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
