Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 5/ Original Defendants, on instructions, submits that Short Cause Suit No.7991 of 1996 has been disposed of in view of the ‘Consent Terms’ filed between the parties to the suit. It appears, appellant herein had moved an application for his impleadment in the said Suit. That application was rejected. Feeling aggrieved by that order, he has filed this appeal. However, since the suit itself has been been disposed of, the application moved for condoning the delay of one Shivgan 1/2
