It is submitted that under order of this court Petitioner had appeared for Second Year BDS examination. However, the result is withheld. As per the earlier orders passed, Respondents may declare the result of the 2^nd year BDS examination of the Petitioner. Same would be without prejudice to the rights and contention of the parties and without the Petitioner claiming equity.
