Smt. Shobha Adinath Fuke Vs the State of Maharashtra, Department of Secondary School Education, Thr. Secretary and Ors.

The judgment the contempt of which is alleged here had only directed the petitioner to pay cost of Rs. 5 lakhs to be distributed in appropriate proportion to the State and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to the petition. This cost, was admittedly reduced to Rs. 1 Lakh by the Apex Court. Accordingly, cost of Rs. 1 Lakh has also been paid to the parties to whom it was to be paid as per judgment dated 10/11/2017. Nothing survives in this petition. The petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
