Heard learned advocate for the review petitioners and for some of the respondents.

2. Delay is condoned.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad is seeking

¶24

review of the impugned orders passed by this Court in the respective writ petitions. The petitioners were awarded certificate of excellent work OR District Awardee Teachers. The benefit granted to them by way of advance increment was sought to be withdrawn pursuant to the Government resolution dated 24-08-2017.

By the order under review, it was held that that Government resolution will have prospective effect. Similar review petitions being review application (Civil) no. 170 of 2022 with connected matters were disposed of by a detailed judgment and order dated 30-08-2022.

¶26

For the same reasons, we dismiss the present Review Applications.
