2] It is informed that, till date the Applicant has not surrendered. The learned counsel for the Applicant conceded to the fact that the Applicant has not surrendered, but he seeks one weeks time.

3] I do not intend to grant any further indulgence to such Applicant who is enjoying the protection for a considerable long time, but failed to abide by the directions of this Court.
4] In the wake of above, Bail application is dismissed. The Investigating Officer is at liberty to arrest the Applicant.
