Shri Shahid Ansari, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application in view of filing of the charge-sheet. He submits that liberty be given to the applicants to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the charge-sheet.

2. The prayer is accepted.

It is made clear that the case of the applicants was not heard on its own merits by this Court today.
