Mr. Wasnik, learned counsel appearing for
the appellant at the outset submits that the appellant
herein has already filed Criminal Appeal No.442 of
2022 challenging the very same impugned judgment
and order. It is submitted that the learned counsel
appearing for the appellant in the said appeal was not
informed about the same.
2.In this backdrop, the learned counsel for
the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the
present appeal.
