All these matters have been listed today at the request of the learned AGPs for the reason that identical matters, which were on the board yesterday i.e. Writ Petition No.1162/2016 (Maruti Narayan Dugdumwar and others vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and group of matters, have been allowed by our order delivered on 23.06.2021.

The learned advocates for the petitioners submit that these matters are identical to those which were adjudicated upon by this Court’s order dated 23.06.2021 and the same order could be made applicable to these petitions.

terms of the reasons assigned in our judgment dated 23.06.2021 delivered
