Having heard learned advocates for the parties and considering the nature of relief claimed in this writ petition, we dispose of the same by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the Collector, Beed, ventilating his grievance within a fortnight from today. Upon such representation being received, the Collector, Beed, shall proceed to consider and dispose of the same by passing an appropriate order in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
