It is however made clear that the impugned order shall be restricted to the fling of the translated copies as directed thereunder. In future, if the plaintifs want defendant no.1 to supply the translated copies in Marathi, the application made shall be considered afresh on its own merits without being infuenced by the impugned order dated 27/02/2018, upon considering the reply, if any, and after hearing the defendant no.1. Time to comply with the order dated 27/02/2018 is extended by a further period of 8 weeks from today.
