We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective sides. The competent committee, while considering the tribe claim of these petitioners, concluded that the tribe certifcate was not issued by an authority within whose jurisdiction the residence of the petitioners were situated. The committee, therefore, permitted both these petitioners to obtain their tribe certifcates from the competent authority having jurisdiction and resubmit such tribe certifcates for validation to the committee.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed of.

Both the petitioners will apply for a fresh certifcate on or before the 8^th day of September, 2021 and the Sub Divisional Ofcer,

Dhule in the case of Alka and Sub Divisional Ofcer, Bhusawal in the case of Shalini, shall issue the tribe certifcates on or before 30.09.2021.

Both the petitioners shall submit an application and the tribe certifcate within one week thereafter. On receiving such an application and the tribe certifcate, the competent committee shall verify the claim of the petitioners seeking validation of their tribe certifcate, on or before 31.03.2022.

Failure on the part of these petitioners in complying with the directions, would result in the vacation of the protection granted to them by this Court. If the above directions are duly complied with by the petitioners, the ad-interim protection granted by this Court would continue till decision of the committee which is expected to conclude and decide the matter on or before 31.03.2022.
