1.Heard Shri Bhoyar, learned counsel for the petitioner and
Shri Kadukar, learned A.G.P., who appears by waiving notice for
respondents.

2.Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by
consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3.Respondents are directed to take a decision on the
proposal sent to it by S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai for grant of
permission to start B.S.W and M.S.W. courses, in accordance with law,
as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from
the date of the order.

4. The petition is partly allowed .
