charge is already framed. In that view of the matter he has instructions not to
press the prayers in the Petition except to direct the trial court to expedite the

is directed to expedite the trial, in view of the fact that the Petitioner No.2 is
suffering from cancer, as informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners.
3With the above directions, the Petition stands disposed of.
