1The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the
Petitioner will file application/representation to the concerned Senior Police
Inspector of Borivali Police Station, however, he prays that directions may be
issued to the concerned Senior Police Inspector, Borivali Police Station to take
decision on such application/representation within a stipulated period.
2The learned APP submits that if such an
application/representation is filed by the Petitioner, the concerned Senior
Police Inspector of Borivali Police Station will look into it and will take
appropriate decision.
3In the light of the submissions made across the bar. The present

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file
appropriate/representation to the concerned Senior Police Inspector, Borivali
Police Station. If such an application/representation is filed by the Petitioner,
the concerned Senior Police Inspector of Borivali Police Station shall look into
it and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously
as possible, however, within a period of one week from filing such application/
representation.
