1.Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for leave to
amend, so as to add Divisional Commissioner Pune region, Pune. Leave
granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
2. Admittedly, the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before
the added Respondent No. 4. In that view of the matter, we deem it
appropriate to direct the said authority to decide the appeal filed by the
petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however within two weeks from
receipt of this order, on its own merits, and in accordance with law and
communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

3.Needless to observe tht the appellate authority shall adhere to
the principal of natural justice and take appropriate decision in accordance
with law. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
