Borivali, Mumbai vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 directed to hand over interim custody of Innova Car bearing registration no. MH 47 AB6869, seized in Crime No. 372/2018 to Ms. Rashmi Dahanukar, owner of car, against the bond in the sum of Rs. 30 Lakhs. This order has been challenged by the Petitioner-Accused. In my view, the learned Magistrate committed no error in exercise of
