The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by reserving
the liberty as aforesaid.
2.After withdrawal though the writ petition is permitted
to be withdrawn, my attention is invited to a glaring fact,
being pendency of the suit since the year 1999. In the wake of
above, I deem it expedient to request the learned Judge, who
is in seasoned of the suit, to conclude the proceedings on or
before 31.12.2022.
