1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner
submitted draft of the Judge’s order along with
affidavit of petitioner duly affirmed on
09.10.2023, copy of grant issued on
24.08.2021, copy of the letter of MHADA,
dated 14.02.2022 along with its translation,
copy of valuation report prepared by the
Vidyasagar Jadhav, copy of the draft of
agreement to sale, copy of the registered power
of attorney executed by Manish(Original
Petitioner) in favour of Geeta on 08.09.2022,
consent affidavit of Geeta and Sheetal, legal
heirs of the deceased, affirmed on 09.10.2023.

2. Petitioner to (1) correct the title of the
Judge’s Order, (2) describe the property as per
the schedule-I of the petition and (3) satisfy
that as bar created vide Rule 394 of the
Bombay High court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 is not
applicable to present case.

3. Office is directed to give lodging number to Judge’s order . Hence, adjourned.
