Heard the Official Liquidator as well as the learned
Advocate Shri Anjan De.
2.As directed on 21/10/2021, vide Pursis Stamp No.
01/2021 the Official Liquidator has filed certain documents. It
includes a copy of the memorandum dated 14/09/2011, 23/08/2017
and 26/09/2017 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of
Corporate Affairs. Whereas as per the Pursis Stamp No. 2/2021, the
order passed by this Court on 25/04/1974 is filed on record.
3.Read those memorandums. The memorandum dated
14/09/2011 mentions about the regularization of the Company Paid
Staff. There was also direction to submit alternate plan for
hiring/outsourcing of staff. Even it is submitted that there is a request
on behalf of Offices of the Official Liquidator throughout India to the
Government to depute Central Government Staff.
4.Considering all the circumstances, the Official Liquidator
does not want to press this report and instead separate Official
Liquidator Report No. 22/2021 is filed.

19/2021 is disposed of as not pressed.
