as full and final settlement between them and it is also stated that the consent terms will bind both of them and in case of breach of the conditions by any of the parties, the other party will be at liberty to initiate the proceedings to redress the grievance. In the event of the said consent terms, nothing survives in the Miscellaneous Application and it stands disposed of.
3 As a part of the consent terms, demand draft of Rs.5,00,000/- is made over to the respondent wife which is received and acknowledged by her in this Court.
