3] Since the respective Counsels after taking instructions have extended consent to the aforesaid arrangement, Application stands disposed of in the above terms. Needles to clarify that nonapplicant/husband shall maintain balance of Rs 10,000/- after withdrawal of an amount of Rs 5,000/- on a given date by the Applicant/wife.
