permanent rehabilitation. The prospective adoptive parents have been married since 2006, but have no biological children. They have therefore decided to adopt the child. Prospective Adoptive parents have filed a selfassessment report. The Social Worker has filed a Home Visit Report. These reports appear satisfactory. The Child Study Report and the Medical Reports are in place and the prospective adoptive parents are desirous of changing the name of the child from Gudiya to Gayatri Pai.
